New regulations around the use of AI will have a profound impact on recruiting and hiring. AI is everywhere in 2022, but challenges around bias and transparency are drawing regulatory scrutiny, and complying with possibly conflicting and confusing emerging rules could be a nightmare at best, and result in massive fines or being excluded from entire markets at worst.
