Dr. Kate Siklosi is the Director of Pupose-Driver parnterships at Ian Martin/Raise. She works collaboratively with community partners and clients alike to break down barriers so more people can access meaningful work. A strong believer in the power of supply chains to move the dial towards sustainable change, she is often called upon to speak on all things relating to inclusive hiring practices and community engagement. She also regularly consults and works in partnership with our clients on achieving their D&I goals and improving their programs with a focus on building equity. In recognition of her leadership, Kate was named to the 2021 SIA DE&I Influencers List.
