Willam Smalley is a consultant, facilitator, and keynote speaker and is President of Route Five International Inc. He helps organizations clarify their value and competitive advantage to better align their strategy with their sales process, and teaches critical success skills including Business Development, Negotiating, Leadership and Teambuilding, and Executive Presentation skills.
He is Program Instructor for Negotiation skills at the University of Toronto and has been featured on CBC News and Financial Post Media as a negotiation consultant. He is a guest lecturer in Executive Programs at the Rotman School of Management and has worked with a diverse group of clients from entrepreneurs to multinational corporations including Sick Kids Foundation, Air Canada, RBC Financial Group, Reebok CCM, the CFL, Symantex, and AMJ Campbell Van lines. His international experience includes business development work in the Middle East and Singapore
He holds an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management, and a Certified Sales Professional Rating (CSP) (with Distinction) from the Canadian Professional Sales Association. He is the author of "Intelligent Selling" a next generation sales program based on collaboration that teaches sales professionals to think like leaders.
